Ate healthy today and what do you know, I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. ha. Swimming starts again tomorrow and I’m pretty excited for that. I have all my homework done so it looks like I’ll get to go to sleep early.

I feel just…ugh. I’m ready for a change. I need to eat healthy again. All of this junk food and pop is making me feel so terrible. I’m always happier and more energized when I eat healthy foods. I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself.  Anyways, things are going to change. I’m going back to club swim this week so things will turn around once I get into my workout...
