This weeks roudup: -1.4 lb! CW: 143.6 lbs

I was a little axious to get on the scale this morning since two days this week I went well over my calorie goal. Swimming starts this Monday so the pounds should soon be melting off. 

It’s sort of silly to be insecure about your weight, really. I mean, it’s not like you can’t help it. It’s not like you were born exactly the way you are today. No. You ate/sat yourself into this state. You are the culprit of this crime. You are the only one to blame. 

So what are you going to do? Sit around and mull over how life is so unfair and God is so cruel for making you fat while eating a bag of potato chips? 

No.

You are going to get off your ass and do something about it. Why you? Cause you are the only one that cares enough and can actually make a difference. Your weight is totally controlable. 

Don’t be insecure, just do something about it. 

update 4/7/12

just weighed myself today. I haven’t really been eating healthy at all until last Monday when I decided that I wasn’t going to spend another summer dreading to put on a bikini. So I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating and tracked my caloric intake at Livestrong.com. So I weighed myself and I now weight 145 lbs :D I lost two pounds in less than a week!
